Venezuelan oil executive sells Golden Beach mansion for $15.5M

Tony Roye, who works in Venezuelan’s oil industry, and his wife, Carolina Frangie, sold their mansion along the Intracoastal Waterway in Golden Beach for $15.5 million.

The 7,873-square-foot home at 88 Terracina Ave. was sold to the 88 Terracina Land Trust, with attorneys David M. Lazarus and Jeffrey M. Perlow as trustees. Switzerland-based UBS Bank USA awarded a $10.85 million mortgage to the buyer.

Jacky Koenig of EXP Realty represented the seller in the deal while Alan Eskenazi and Alexander Goldstein of Miles Goldstein Real Estate worked with the buyer. The price equated to $1,968 a square foot.

The home was built on the 17,500-square-foot lot in 2017. This is the first time it has sold.

It features six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a pool, an elevator and a dock.

The deed states that Roye and Frangie also have a home in Weston.
