A local spec mansion builder purchased an oceanfront lot in Golden Beach for $10.66 million.

A trust headed by  Lorena Zuccolillo , the daughter of businessman  Aldo Zuccolillo  from Paraguay, sold the vacant site of 28,400 square feet at 255 Ocean Blvd. to 255 OB LLC, a North Miami Beach-based company managed by  Tania Van Dam Murciano  and  Ricardo Halfen , the CEO of Treo Construction. According to its website, Treo Construction has completed over 25 projects, mostly mansions.
